We can act on your behalf in the sale or purchase of commercial (freehold or leasehold) properties ranging from large business premises to a lock-up shop. This may include the transfer of the goodwill of a business and fixtures and fittings and we have the capability to deal with any such transactions.

Where the benefit of the Lease is being assigned, it is necessary for the Landlord's consent to be obtained and we will act on behalf of the Landlord in obtaining such consent which is known as a Licence to Assign.

Transfers of Equity

We can draft the appropriate documentation for a property to be transferred into the name of other individuals with your consent. When the property in subject to a mortgage, although the consent of the mortgage lender is required we can advise you accordingly.
