Where the benefit of the Lease is being assigned, it is necessary for the Landlord's consent to be obtained and we will act on behalf of the Landlord in obtaining such consent which is known as a Licence to Assign.

Transfers of Equity

We can draft the appropriate documentation for a property to be transferred into the name of other individuals with your consent. When the property in subject to a mortgage, although the consent of the mortgage lender is required we can advise you accordingly.
